Marvin Knack: NMRA All World Finals – Super Stang Champion 2018!

Marvin’s racing career started 7 years ago, after he purchased his Mustang in March 2011. Marvin’s first NMRA event was at Joliet, IL in 2011, where he ran in the True Street class.

In 2012, Marvin decided to take it up a notch and run a partial schedule in NMRA Super Stang for points. He found himself on a roll, with his very first event in Atlanta 2012 where he made it to the semifinals.

Fast forward to this 2018 season with the NMRA, he’s won several events and is enjoying every moment of victory. Marvin was also a runner up in Joliet. Marvin has enjoyed partnering with various companies when it comes to sponsorships — including Stifflers, Brenspeed, Billet Specialties — but one of his favorite relationships and feature of his prized car is the Aerospace Components brake system.

Marvin installed the Aerospace Components brake system in January 2016. “The fit was perfect and installation was easy. Their brakes perform above expectations, and I dropped over one tenth off my ET after the install. They have excellent stopping and holding power, with superior design, style and workmanship!”, Marvin shared.

“It’s always a delightful experience every time I meet Kim and Al. The entire Aerospace Components staff is very knowledgeable and they’re willing to help with any technical or product questions.”

More recently, Marvin was crowned Champion in the SuperStang class at the NMRA All World Finals in Bowling Green, KY! Check out some photos below — congratulations to Marvin and his team for an incredible racing season!
